Your information, explained
Privacy
Personal and Business give you separate places to review expenses. Switching modes does not move your records or give anyone access to them.
Operator and contact
FeeVeto is operated by Edward Nyarko. See Legal & contact for the current operator details. Operator details are incomplete. Paid purchases remain unavailable.
For support, privacy questions, or requests concerning your account data, email inbox_business@outlook.com. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or confidential documents by email.
Personal and Business information
You can choose a mode and try a Personal assessment without creating an account. FeeVeto may remember your last-used mode in this browser and keep an unfinished assessment in this tab so you can continue after sign-in. Browser storage can be removed in your browser settings. A saved mode preference is not a permission to access account records.
When account workspace features are enabled, Personal records belong to your personal workspace. Business records belong to a separate business workspace with explicit ownership and membership. Access is checked on the server. Switching modes does not copy data between those workspaces. Existing assessments and billing relationships are not silently replaced by a new workspace.
Personal records can include provider, plan, price, currency, billing frequency, known renewal dates, usage, importance, requirements, notes and saved verdicts. Business records can also include the workspace name, preferred currency, country or region you provide, suppliers, software commitments, manually entered invoice fields and review findings. We use those inputs to calculate expense summaries, support your reviews and explain recommendations. An unknown date or price remains unknown.
Saved workspace records are held in FeeVeto's Cloudflare D1 database and linked to your authenticated account and workspace. Only enter information you are authorised to use, and avoid personal details that are not needed for the expense review. Public example records are fictional and are not your account data.
Accounts and sign-in
FeeVeto uses Clerk for optional authentication and profile management. Pages offering account controls may load Clerk's browser software to restore an existing session, even before you choose to sign in. Clerk receives ordinary network information through those requests and uses authentication cookies and session information. On sign-up or sign-in, it also processes the identity information and authentication method you provide.
FeeVeto uses your verified account identifier to associate saved records and check access. Server-only roles, existing paid access or complimentary beta access can affect available features; a mode preference does not grant paid or administrator access. FeeVeto does not copy your invoice or subscription content into Clerk profile metadata. See Clerk's Privacy Policy for its own processing information.
Business invoices and external AI
Business manual invoice review uses the fields you enter and the actual history available in your workspace. Arithmetic findings and possible historical differences are separate from a legal decision about an invoice. No original document is required for manual entry.
Production customer PDF, PNG and JPEG uploads and external model-assisted invoice extraction are disabled. Public invoice examples use synthetic documents. Do not email a real invoice to bypass this restriction. Guest subscription verdicts and manual invoice arithmetic do not call an external AI provider.
Before document processing opens, this notice and the upload screen must explain which information is sent to which providers, the purpose, processing countries, transfer safeguards, retention and deletion behavior. The operator must verify the relevant agreements, private storage and security controls first. No promise of Swiss-only storage or zero AI-provider retention is made.
Payments and existing access
New purchases are disabled for this Public Beta. Personal Mode starts free. Future paid Business features require a separately published offer; viewing FeeVeto or switching modes does not start a payment.
For an existing purchase, Stripe handles payment methods, billing details, invoices, renewals and payment confirmation. FeeVeto does not receive or store your complete card number. Its database can contain your Clerk identifier, Stripe customer, payment and subscription references, product and price identifiers, amounts, currency, access dates, cancellation status and timestamps. These records support contractual access and billing and are separate from expense records. Legacy monthly and lifetime access remain distinct.
Billing management opens Stripe's account portal when configured. Removing workspace data does not cancel a subscription or erase legally required payment records. See Stripe's Privacy Policy. New prices, renewal conditions and any refund policy must be published before new checkout is enabled.
Original subscription tool
In the original subscription tool, your original subscription list stays in this browser. Signing in alone does not upload the local list. Browser entries include names, prices and original currencies, renewal dates, categories, usage and importance choices, structured answers, statuses, provider links and local notes. A separate draft and a pending account-save request may use local or session storage. Protected comparison snapshots are not stored in local or session storage.
Alternative matching sends selected service and product identifiers, structured requirements, country or currency market hints, platform and relevant compatibility, capacity or activity answers to FeeVeto's backend. That matching request does not send the subscription name, entered price, private notes, calculated totals, or your full subscription list. A signed-in request includes authentication so the backend can check catalogue access. Personalising a verdict separately sends the answers needed for that calculation, including the entered current cost and relevant budget or switching preferences.
Choosing Save this audit stores those answers, an allowed comparison snapshot, source references, calculation versions and the assessment date under your authenticated account. Choosing Save and review in the subscription form while signed in also saves the submitted entry as an account assessment. Local private notes remain in your browser. Later assessments can add dated history rather than overwrite it. Guest saves remain browser-only. Signing in does not automatically upload older browser entries.
The original tool's display currency affects examples and defaults for new entries and alternatives. It does not convert or relabel existing saved prices.
Export, correction and deletion
Use the available workspace controls to correct, export or remove records in the workspace you own or are authorised to manage. A Personal operation does not automatically erase separate Business or legacy records. Browser-only data can be exported or removed in the original tool and cleared through browser settings. A local JSON backup remains on your device until you remove it.
In the original tool's saved audits, signed-in users can export their own saved assessments as JSON or permanently remove that account history after explicit confirmation. That export includes records previously saved to your account even if paid access has ended. These actions do not remove device-only entries, cancel billing or delete your sign-in profile.
Deleting a Clerk profile does not automatically delete remaining FeeVeto records. For a complete account request covering the new workspaces and legacy data, or if an in-product operation is unavailable, contact inbox_business@outlook.com. Account ownership must be verified before account data is provided or removed. Tell us which account and workspace the request concerns without including sensitive expense details.
Expense records remain until you remove them or the relevant workspace is deleted. Deletion removes the relevant active records; managed-provider backups may retain copies until their retention periods expire. Exact backup periods and the complete identity-and-billing deletion procedure still require operator verification. Some records may need separate retention for legal duties or unresolved billing issues. FeeVeto is an analysis tool, not an official accounting archive: Business users must retain their own authoritative records.
Optional measurement and feedback
Optional events in the new Personal and Business experiences contain only an approved action name and, where relevant, the selected mode. They do not contain expense amounts, provider names, notes or account/workspace identifiers.
Product measurement is off unless you choose to allow it. The original tool uses FeeVeto's own Cloudflare endpoint and Analytics Engine. Your browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal disables its measurement and feedback submission.
Existing events are restricted to fixed event names, known service identifiers, broad intent categories, interface sections and small result-count buckets. A yes/no browser marker can distinguish a returning browser visit; it is not a unique identifier. Free-text requests, entered prices, totals, notes, questionnaire answers, email addresses, account identifiers, tokens, IP addresses and full URLs are excluded from product-event payloads. Infrastructure providers still receive network information needed to deliver and secure requests.
Legacy helpful/not-helpful feedback sends your explicit choice and an optional fixed reason. New account feedback, where available, can also contain an optional bounded comment and is associated with your authenticated account. Do not include invoice contents or personal information in that comment. Submitting feedback is optional and separate from allowing product measurement.
The original Analytics Engine dataset uses the provider's service retention period; see Cloudflare's limits. Turning measurement off stops new optional product events and removes the returning-visit marker. Earlier anonymous events cannot be located through an account-data deletion request. Feedback and infrastructure retention must be included in the operator's final retention review.
Your measurement preference
You can change this at any time. Free assessments and account features do not depend on it.
Hosting and international processing
Cloudflare hosts FeeVeto and its protected API and processes ordinary network request information to operate and secure the service. Its D1 database holds saved workspace and legacy account records. Authentication is provided by Clerk; Stripe processes existing billing where applicable. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
FeeVeto does not promise Swiss-only hosting. The production accounts' processing countries, international-transfer safeguards, subprocessors and backup settings still require confirmation by the operator. Those specific facts must be published before a fully configured customer-data release. General provider privacy policies alone do not establish FeeVeto's compliance.
External websites and independence
Provider links open third-party websites governed by their own notices. FeeVeto does not add affiliate or tracking parameters to those links. FeeVeto is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the providers it discusses. Third-party product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Verify current prices, features and contract conditions with the provider.
