Personal and Business / early access

Terms of use

Last updated: 22 October 2026. These terms are prepared for operator review. They do not claim legal certification or replace mandatory rights under applicable law.

Operator and contact

FeeVeto is operated by Edward Nyarko. Operator details are incomplete. Paid purchases remain unavailable. See Legal & contact or email inbox_business@outlook.com.

What the two modes do

Personal Mode evaluates subscription costs, use and requirements and helps you review possible actions and alternatives. You can try an assessment without an account. Saving information to an account requires the available account features and an authenticated session.

Business Mode organises business software and suppliers in a separate workspace. Where enabled, manual invoice review checks the fields you enter and compares actual available history. It distinguishes calculation findings, possible anomalies and matters needing your review. It is not a bookkeeping system or an official accounting archive.

FeeVeto does not connect to your bank, automatically discover subscriptions, contact suppliers, execute cancellations, renegotiate contracts or move money for you. Public examples do not demonstrate processing of your own documents. Customer document uploads and external invoice extraction must not be represented as available while disabled.

Recommendations and your decisions

Verdicts depend on your answers, known constraints and the available evidence. A lower advertised price may come with different features, taxes, contract terms, market availability or switching costs. Catalogue source and verification dates help you evaluate the evidence but do not guarantee that an offer has remained unchanged.

Potential savings are estimates, not refunds or money already saved. A suspected duplicate is a review prompt, not proof that a supplier charged you twice. An arithmetic finding does not establish that an invoice is legally invalid. Check the underlying records, contract commitments, essential services, data export, notice periods and migration risks before acting. FeeVeto is not a substitute for legal, tax or accounting advice.

Accounts and workspace responsibilities

One account can use both modes. Personal and Business records remain separate. Business workspace access depends on explicit ownership or membership; switching modes does not grant permissions. You are responsible for protecting your account and using only records you are authorised to access and process. A future invitation or sharing capability must explain who receives access before it is used.

Use the available controls to keep records accurate, export information and remove records you no longer need. Keep your own backups and authoritative business documents. Workspace data deletion does not automatically remove separate legacy assessments, cancel billing or delete your Clerk identity. The privacy notice explains those boundaries and how to request a complete account review.

The original subscription tool remains available separately. Signing in alone does not upload its browser-only subscription list. Saving an account assessment is an explicit action. Existing account and billing records are preserved rather than silently reclassified as Business data.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass permissions or usage limits, access another person's information, interfere with the service, submit malicious content or use the service unlawfully. Do not enter account passwords, complete payment-card details or unnecessary personal information. Do not submit confidential documents through email or feedback to bypass a disabled upload feature. Business users must have appropriate authority for the information they enter.

Prices, existing purchases and cancellation

Personal Mode starts free. New purchases are paused, and a Business price shown as a proposal is not an active checkout offer. Before any paid offer opens, FeeVeto must publish the actual total price and currency, billing interval, renewal conditions, included limits, cancellation process and applicable refund terms, and allow review before payment.

Existing paid relationships retain the contractual access and terms that applied when purchased. These free-service terms do not migrate customers to new prices, cancel an existing subscription or redefine legacy lifetime access. Where configured, existing customers can use Stripe's billing portal. If it is unavailable, contact support. Removing expense records is separate from cancelling a subscription.

Availability and changes

FeeVeto is being developed and outages or errors can occur. Available features and limits are described in the interface. We may improve the service and correct errors; material changes affecting an existing paid agreement must respect that agreement and applicable law. No guaranteed saving, uninterrupted availability or independent security certification is promised. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Product names and external websites

FeeVeto is independent of the services it discusses. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. External links take you to providers with their own terms and privacy notices. Verify important purchasing and cancellation information directly with them.
